Twisted Wire Brushes

Twisted wire brushes are an important brushing tool for industry. Commonly known as test tube, bottle or tube cleaning brushes.

Tip End of Brush

The tip end of the brush can be done in different methods depending on the application. The end can be cut, continuous end (bent in half to start). The ends of the brush can be manufactured, bridled or banded (tied to stand upon the end) or bent as a turned end or a rosebud end to give a brushing surface at the end of the brush. The tip of the brush can be dipped in epoxy so it does not have a sharp end to cut or cause damage to a substrate. The ends of a brush can have an eye mounted for a push pull system.

Handle or Stem End of Twisted Wire Brush

The handle end of a brush (end of brush opposite the hair face) can be a bare stem made of the twisted stem wire to chuck on and rotated or can be manufactured with a wood, metal or plastic handle on the end. The end can also have a loop or eye for hand applications. The brushes can be supplied with a pipe nipple so extension handles can be mounted to the brush thus extending the reach of the brush.
